The AVALON consortium successfully held its kick-off meeting in Cyprus, marking the first physical meeting of the project partners.
Over the course of a two-day meeting, consortium members convened to formally launch the project’s implementation phase. Partners presented the work carried out to date, reviewed objectives and planned activities, and engaged in structured discussions to align on governance, coordination mechanisms, and upcoming milestones.
The meeting provided an important opportunity to establish a shared understanding of roles, responsibilities, and next steps, laying the groundwork for effective collaboration throughout the project’s duration.
